Critically, the model was designed to be asset-light: no new language labs, no dedicated hardware, delivery through learners’ existing personal devices, and low-bandwidth access to ensure it worked everywhere the network operates.

Rather than reporting results against that full enrolment figure, WeXL applied a stricter filter: only learners with verified active engagement (XP > 0) and completed baseline and summative BET assessments were included in the reported outcomes — a cohort of 326 learners.
This is a deliberate methodological choice, not a limitation. It means every result below reflects genuine, measured behaviour change — not enrolment numbers inflated by no-shows or partial participants.
